An OSHA visit doesn't wait for a convenient week

A faded exit sign, a missing lockout tag, or a forklift lane with no markings turns a routine walkthrough into a citation, and a citation costs more than the signage would have.

Most facilities are running on signage that’s years old. Racks get moved, new equipment comes in, a hazard shows up that wasn’t there last year, and the signs never catch up. We build warehouse and industrial signage around your actual floor plan, so what’s on the wall still matches what’s happening on the floor.

What We Build

Interior

Signage that keeps employees, visitors, and inspectors moving safely through the building.

Exterior

Signage that sets expectations before a driver or visitor steps out of their truck.

Warehouse Floor

Floor-level signage your team reacts to in real time, every shift.

Forklift Safety Signage

A forklift moving at five miles an hour still can’t stop on a dime, and the aisle it’s turning into is usually the one with the least warning.

We build forklift traffic signs, pedestrian crossing markers, speed limit signage, and “forklift in use” warnings sized to be read from a moving seat, not a clipboard.

Lockout / Tagout Signage

Every energy isolation point on your floor, electrical panels, valves, machine controls, needs a lockout tag that survives grease, wash-down, and a few years of handling without going illegible. We produce lockout/tagout signage in high-contrast red and black, built to ANSI Z535 spec, sized for each point on your equipment map.

Confined Space Signage

A permit-required confined space gets flagged wrong once and someone gets hurt or your facility gets fined, sometimes both.

We produce confined space entry, warning, and danger signage that meets OSHA’s permit-required standard, built for the exact entry points on your site rather than a generic warning sign pulled off a shelf.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Size follows viewing distance and traffic speed, not personal preference. A prohibition sign near a forklift lane has to be readable at a glance from across the aisle, not read up close. ANSI Z535 sets the size and color guidance based on how severe the hazard is and how far away someone typically stands when they see it.

High-contrast red and black over anything printed in a lighter palette, because it has to be identifiable fast and from a distance. Beyond color, the sign needs to survive what your floor throws at it, grease, wash-down, forklift traffic nearby, so we build ours on rigid material with UV-resistant ink rather than a printed label that peels in six months.

Yes. We install locally across South Texas, and we ship custom signage anywhere in the US.

Yes, English and Spanish, standard on request for any sign in our warehouse and industrial line.

OSHA sets the legal requirement for what has to be marked. ANSI Z535 sets the design standard, the sizing, color, and symbol conventions, that most signage uses to meet that requirement. We build to both.
