The Graphic Designer provides various levels of creativity, including original design work, design modifications based on customer drawings, and the refinement of graphic files provided by the customer.

Qualifications:

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Following all company policies and procedures.
  • Answering phone calls.
  • Always starting the day conducting follow-ups with clients.
  • Reading and correctly interpreting Work Orders.
  • Managing and prioritizing a workload of multiple projects from concept to completion, ensuring all product deadlines are consistently met.
  • Designing graphics for print production according to written instructions.
  • Providing proofs as necessary for customer and prospect approval.
  • Following up on proof approvals to ensure accuracy
  • Conducting quality assurance by reviewing artwork for mistakes in color, spelling, and ensuring that the proof being sent to production is the correct and final approved artwork.
  • Assisting with finishing operations such as weeding out, laminating, and mounting of printed material if need be.

Vinyl Installer/Wrap Installer/Sign Technician/Electrical Sign Installer/Fabricator/Welder

The installer performs installations of all types both indoors and outdoors, and they serve as our friendly and professional representatives on the field.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of installing vinyl graphics on multiple surfaces, sizes, and types of vinyl.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license.
  • License and experience with bucket trucks a plus
  • Knowledge of welding and fabricating a plus
  • Must have knowledge of power and hand tools.
  • Must be willing to work in all weather.
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude.
  • Ability to present self in a highly professional manner on and off-field.
  • Ability to communicate with co-workers and other departments with professionalism and respect.
  • Ability to maintain a professional relationship with all coworkers, vendor representatives, supervisors, managers, and clients.

  • Reading and correctly interpreting Work Orders.
  • Managing and prioritizing a workload of multiple projects from concept to completion, ensuring all product deadlines are consistently met.
  • Performing installations according to written instructions.
  • Conducting quality assurance by reviewing work orders for mistakes and missing information, ensuring that there is no guesswork involved and that the installation is done correctly.
  • Installing and removing vehicle graphics, wraps, and window films.
  • Surveying, measuring, and taking pictures for job sites.
  • Keeping tools clean and in their designated areas when not in use.
  • Keeping in-house tools in the work area and field tools in their designated area.
  • Will be lifting, prolonged standing, climbing, crawling, crouching, and working at heights.
  • Performing finishing operations such as weeding out, laminating, and mounting of printed material if need be.

The print production manages and operates large format printing equipment; and ensures to maintain our quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of large format printers.
  • Ability to multitask by operating multiple printers at once without damaging the work.
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude.
  • Ability to present self in a highly professional manner.
  • Ability to communicate with co-workers and other departments with professionalism and respect.
  • Ability to maintain a professional relationship with all coworkers, vendor representatives, supervisors, managers, and clients.
  • Ability to work well individually or as part of a team

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to excel in occasional tight deadline situations.
  • Ability to lift heavy rolls and boxes.
  • Ability to work 40 hours a week.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Always starting the day prioritizing a workload of multiple projects, ensuring all product deadlines are consistently met.
  • Reading and correctly interpreting Work Orders.
  • Managing and Printing according to written instructions.
  • Keeping watch on printings periodically throughout the printing process.
  • Notifying management immediately of what materials need to be ordered for upcoming projects.
  • Notifying clients if production is not on the schedule.
  • Performing cleaning and maintenance of printers once a month.
  • Conducting quality assurance by reviewing artwork for mistakes in color, spelling, and ensuring that you are printing the correct file, quantity, and on the correct material.
  • Assisting with finishing operations such as weeding out, laminating, and mounting of printed material if need be.
  • Ending each day with checking inventory and making a list of materials and inks that are running out.

The Customer Service Representative provides customer service and quotes to our clientele over the phone, through email, and face to face.
